Attached is a spread sheet with Soccer Schedules (Varsity Boys, Varsity Girls, and JV) The only practice times I know about at the moment are Varsity Boys today and Wednesday, Aug 18 and 20 from 3:30 - 5:00. Click here for schedule.
REGISTRATION - Yikes! Its' here upon us already. This Thursday, August 21 is Registration from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. If you have not already done so, please call our Business Manager, Carl Koester, before Thursday to arrange your financial plan for this coming school year. You will have a W-A-I-T if you leave it until Thursday.
Registration for DORM students is Sunday, August 24 begininning at 6:00 PM
PRINCIPAL'S PARENT/STUDENT MEETING - Mr. Krueger will be holding a Parent/Student Informational Meeting every half hour the night of registration. You are required to attend one session. He will start at 5:30 and proceed with a new session each half hour (6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, etc)

Can you believe the first day of school is only 18 days away? Where did this summer go? Below is information you probably already have, but we wanted to reiterate it for you. As always, if you have questions, call the office 207-865-4747.
Registration – August 21, 2014 beginning at 6:00 PM for Day students. August 24, 2014 at 6:00 PM for Dorm students. This is where you will get your class schedule (Academy), sign up for sports, music, work program, etc. Receive Outdoor School paperwork and fill it out – be prepared to pay $30/student for this. Check out the Uniform Closet. Elementary families – elementary classrooms will be open at 4:30 for an FYI Meeting with the teachers. Your teachers may be contacting you beforehand as well.
School Begins – August 25 at 8:00 AM. Plan on dropping off your students at school between 7:45 – 7:55 AM.
Re-enrollment – Returning Students, this should already be done. If you have not re-enrolled yet please go to the school’s website, hover over the Admissions tab, and click on the Returning Students Admissions – follow the directions.
New Applicants – You have probably been in contact with our Registrar, Barbara Chase. If you have questions that have not been answered please call the main office, 207-865-4747. If you haven’t sent in your application, that needs to be done ASAP.
Finances – All students must be financially cleared prior to attending school. If you still need to work out financial arrangements, please call our Business Manager, Carl Koester, ASAP 207-865-4747.
Uniforms – Next uniform order goes in August 14, 2014. If you have plain polo shirts that you have bought (with no logos or other ‘fancy’ stuff on them) please get them to me by the 14th so we can have our embroiderer put PINE TREE ACADEMY on them. Academy Students – if you need to order shirts you can find the order form on the website. Hover over the About Us tab and click on Forms. You will find the order form near the bottom of that page.
Medical Physical Needed – Just a reminder, if you are a New Student or a Returning Student entering K, 1, 4, 7, or 9th grade you’ll need to have a Physical to start school.

I will be placing the next shirt order August 14. Please get your orders (grade 7-12) to me by then.
If you are purchasing plain polo shirts and want our embroiderer to put the PINE TREE ACADEMY on it for $3.00 per shirt, please get those shirts to me by August 14. Remember the polo needs to be plain with no logos already on them and you need to have your name attached to each shirt.
