This year, students who completed their summer assignments were treated to Frosty's donuts and hot chocolate with Mr. Krueger. We are so proud of all of the students who took the opportunity to progress academically over the summer. Thank you also to the supportive parents who pushed them through!
Pine Tree Academy would like to thank the many grandparents and community members who are involved in the lives of our students. The annual grandparent dinner is a way for students to show their appreciation!
This past quarter, the freshman were learning the essentials of writing short stories and poems in composition class. To help them practice their newly learned skills, their teacher, Mrs. Dayen, asked them to write a children's book based off of their short stories and add illustration. Then they all journeyed down to the Pre-K and Kindergarten classroom and read their books to listening ears.
The Pine Tree Academy Ministry team attended the Atlantic Union College Prayer Conference. The goal was to provide special prayer and worship services for local churches. The PTA team lead the worship service for the Worcester SDA church. The team held small group special prayer cells for the church.
While most people slept in, shopped, or caught up on to-do lists, Northern New England Conference employees all pitched in for a workbee at Pine Tree Academy! Thank you for your time and efforts NNEC!
Pine Tree Academy is partnering with ADRA to take donations to help Earthquake and Hurricane victims. ADRA already was on the ground in the Virgin Islands and Dominican Republic when the storms hit. Now there is an overabundance of need. We are asking, if possible if each person could donate at least $1. This could help provide hygiene supplies and a weeks worth of food and mosquito netting for a family. Donations can be made at the school office. Thank you for partnering with us to help those in need.
