Financial Clearance
- A financial consult will need to be completed as a part of re-enrollment. You can email Mrs. Milano at mmilano@pinetreeacademy.org. All financial arrangements and re-enrollment should be completed by April 30, 2022.
- Families that have participated in the FACTS program will only have to email Mrs. Milano for a new financial plan. Payments for the new school year would not come out until August. Please contact the Business Office if you have never been on this program at PTA.
- We are offering a payment in full discount again this year. All payments in full by cash or check postmarked by July 15, 2022 will receive a 5% discount. All credit card payments by July 15, 2022 will receive a 2% discount. Payments in full by cash or check postmarked by August 15, 2022 will receive a 3% discount.
- For local church assistance, contact your pastor as soon as possible and ask the church treasurer or pastor to confirm the amount of assistance to PTA. If you wish to apply for student aid, please request this application from the Business Office.
- Please note that music and several other items are on a pay-as-you-go basis, and are not a part of the Financial Plan. You will sign up for these activities when you register for school in August.
- If you are participating in the PFE program, please have the mentor’s information: name, address, phone number, etc. Your automatic payments will be lowered the following month after receiving the reflection report based on your number of visits. If you are paying in full, the PFE scholarship will be estimated and adjusted at the end of the school year based on your visits.
