Thank you for your interest in Pine Tree Academy. We are excited that you are considering or have already selected our school for your child’s education. We understand that this is an important decision, and we promise to earn the trust you’ve placed in us.

Application Process

• Submit Inquiry Form: Visit pinetreeacademy.info/apply to complete and submit your inquiry. The registrar will then assign the correct application and email you through AE Connect, our student information system, to begin the application.​

• Submit Application Documents: Use your AE Connect account to submit your application. Applications are not processed until they are submitted with all required documents. This includes the $26 application fee, references, and school records.

• Contact for Financial Consult: Our Business Manager, Petronella Hunt, will process your application fee (submitted in cash or check to the school business office) and set you up with a financial plan. This financial plan is a component of the application process.  Your application will be considered once you have contacted her and a financial plan is in place.  She can be contacted at [email protected]. ​​

• Full Payment Discount: We are offering a payment in full discount on tuition again this year. All payments in full, by cash or check, postmarked by July 15, 2025, will receive a 5% discount on tuition. All credit card payments by July 15, 2025, will receive a 2% discount on tuition.
• Local church assistance: Contact your pastor as soon as possible and ask the church treasurer or pastor to confirm the amount of assistance to PTA.
• Student Financial Aid: If you wish to apply for student aid, please request this application from the Business Office.
• Music & Sports: Please note that music and several other items are on a pay-as-you-go basis and are not a part of the Financial Plan. You will sign up for these activities when you register for school in August.
• PFE - If you are participating in the PFE program, please have the mentor’s information, including their name, address, phone number, etc. Your automatic payments will be lowered the following month after receiving the reflection report based on the number of your visits. If you are paying in full, the PFE scholarship will be estimated and adjusted at the end of the school year based on your visits.
• Dorm Students: A $210 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the dorm. The deposit will be due within one week of acceptance into the dorm. This deposit will be applied to your account.

• School Records & References: We will request school records once the application is submitted. If your child is homeschooled, you are expected to provide the school records. Instructions for the recommendation form are part of the application process, and you must send them to your chosen references.

• Pending Review: The Admissions Committee meets as regularly as possible. Your application will be reviewed at the next meeting if all items are received. Check your email regularly and notify us if you do not receive updates. Updates are sent via the AE Connect SIS system. Be sure it is not marked as spam.

• Acceptance: Once accepted, you will receive an email via AE Connect with registration forms and the next steps. At this point, you should order uniforms, contact your child's teacher with any questions, and prepare for the first day of school!
