Returning  Student  Admissions

Forms:

• The dorm application and essay must be submitted to be considered for the dorm.
• All students entering 1st, 4th, 7th, and 9th grades need updated physicals.
• Submit updated immunization records, if applicable. 

Financial: 

• A financial consult will need to be completed as part of re-enrollment. Email Petronella Hunt at [email protected]​
• Acceptance will not be issued until a financial plan is confirmed and online forms are completed.  

• Full Payment Discount: We are offering a payment-in-full discount on tuition again this year. All payments in full, by cash or check, postmarked by July 15, will receive a 5% discount on tuition. All credit card payments by July 15 will receive a 2% discount on tuition.
• Local church assistance: Contact your pastor as soon as possible and ask the church treasurer or pastor to confirm the amount of assistance to PTA.
• Student Financial Aid: If you wish to apply for student aid, please request this application from the Business Office.
• Music & Sports: Please note that music and several other items are on a pay-as-you-go basis and are not a part of the Financial Plan. You will sign up for these activities when you register for school in August.
• PFE - If you are participating in the PFE program, please have the mentor’s information: name, address, phone number, etc. Your automatic payments will be lowered the following month after receiving the reflection report based on the number of your visits. If you are paying in full, the PFE scholarship will be estimated and adjusted at the end of the school year based on your visits.
• Dorm Students: A $210 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the dorm. The deposit will be due within one week of acceptance into the dorm. This deposit will be applied to your account.

• August 19: Registration
• August 25: School Begins
