Going off to Newbold College for the British Culture Study Tour, I had no idea what a fantastic time I was going to have. Yes, I knew I was going to see new places and learn new things, but I got so much more than just that. I got to meet people from all over the world and interact with them on a daily basis, try new foods, make new friends, and create deeper connections with the friends I already had on the trip. On top of that, each day of the trip was packed with trips to places all over the United Kingdom including London, Wales, Brighton, Oxford, and Windsor. A few of my favorite things that we did on the trip were afternoon tea in the most quintessential English village, a visit to Stonehenge, and getting to see Phantom of the Opera in London. Overall, it was such a fun trip full of experiences, people, and memories I will have for life!
